Vivian is an award-winning senior adviser to companies in APAC with extensive experience in corporate and financial communications, government advisory, communications planning, and reputation and crisis management. He divides his time between Hong Kong and Singapore and over the past three decades has worked across markets from the Middle East to Korea, and from China to Indonesia.

At the C-suite level Vivian has conducted trainings globally for Cathay Pacific and LG Electronics, and across APAC for companies including Lazada, Alibaba, SABIC, Caltex, Shell, Ecolab, Coca-Cola, Tata and HSBC. He has also provided media and crisis training for senior officials at the ASEAN Secretariat, the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on Disaster Management, and for government representatives from each of the 10 ASEAN Member States.

Vivian was formerly Global Vice Chairman and Chairman Asia Pacific at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He holds an MBA from Duke University, an MA in Political Science from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree from The University of Kent. He also holds a Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.

Diana is the author of Future Proof: Reinventing Work in the Age of Acceleration and is an adjunct professor of leadership at Columbia Business School's EMBA Global Asia. A former Financial Times executive, and founder of the Financial Times Non-Executive Directors Diploma in Asia, Diana now works with CEOs and board directors to enhance their leadership agility, influence, collaboration and resilience. Her clients have included the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, the World Bank, Expedia, JP Morgan, Oracle, Citi and Credit Suisse. She began her career and leadership education as an assistant to Dr. Henry Kissinger.


Diana has an MBA from Columbia Business School, is a past recipient of Asia Society’s Asia 21 Leaders award and a former Luce Foundation Scholar. She serves as Vice Chair of the board of the American Chamber of Commerce HK, and has served on boards of DaVinci Labs (robotics), Shared Value Project Hong Kong and Teach4HK. 
 
Diana has spoken or written about board behavior and governance at the Asia Corporate Governance Association Annual Summit in the Malaysia, Women Corporate Directors Global Summit in New York, Asian Development Bank Corporate Governance Summit in the Philippines, YPO in Dubai and Governance UK.

 

Dr. Raymond Reed Baker

Raymond Reed Baker

Ray has a deep interest in corporate governance, as both an academic and a practitioner. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is an actively licensed U.S. CPA.  From the starting point of PwC's assurance practice, he has moved on to advise hundreds of organisations and individuals in areas including governance, board effectiveness, crisis management and internal controls. Ray’s clients have included a range of organisations operating in the United States, China and Europe, for public companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX and OTC capital markets.

 

On the academic side, Ray holds Adjunct Professorships at TongJi University and Hong Kong University. At HKU, he teaches crisis management, in the MBA program. He is also a Faculty Member of the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma course. 

 

Ray has a PhD in Accounting and an MBA, both from The University of Hong Kong, along with a BS in Accounting, from The Pennsylvania State University.
